# Testing deb-bootc-image-builder

This directory contains the test suite for deb-bootc-image-builder.

## Test Structure

- `conftest.py` - pytest configuration and fixtures
- `test_build_disk.py` - Disk image building tests
- `test_build_iso.py` - ISO image building tests
- `test_manifest.py` - Manifest validation tests
- `test_opts.py` - Command line options tests
- `test_progress.py` - Progress reporting tests

## Running Tests

To run the full test suite:
```bash
pytest -v
```

To run specific test categories:
```bash
pytest test_build_disk.py -v
pytest test_manifest.py -v
```

## Test Dependencies

Install test dependencies:
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```

## Test Environment

Tests require:
- Python 3.8+
- pytest
- podman
- qemu-utils
- ostree
