Move rpmStageInputs() from distros to osbuild2
Move the `rpmStageInputs()` function duplicated in all distro definitions to the `osbuild2` package as `NewRpmStageSourceFilesInputs()`. Signed-off-by: Tomas Hozza <thozza@redhat.com>
