RHEL 9.0 will ship a brand new auxiliary key. Let's use it everywhere in our
RHEL 9 stuff. Taken from current RHEL 9.0's redhat-release package.

Add rpmrepo repositories for testing.
Symlink centos-9 to centos-stream-9.
Add rpmrepo snapshot repositories to test and
test-case-generator repos.
Remove unused repositories from cs9 test repositories.
test/data/repositories:
new snapshots for RHEL 8.6 (20220201) and 9.0 (20220208)
Switching RHEL 8.6 and RHEL 9.0 to the latest rpmrepo snapshots:
We need updated packages for greenboot, used by edge image types, so
we technically only need to change the architectures that are
supported by edge, but let's update all of them for consistency.
test/data/repositories:
Remove rhel-90 symlink to beta
Keep the rhel-90-beta.json repository definitions, but make rhel-90.json
a file that contains the previously named rhel-90-ga.json definitions.
Enable F34 testing on AWS as there is nothing blocking it. F34 is not
yet supported on `rhos-01` as there is no runner definition.
Remove F33 repositories for testing and add repo definitions for F34 and
F35.

Temporarily switch to the nightly devel composes for RHEL 9.0.
We're testing new packages and changes right now (like coreos-installer)
and it takes time to make new snapshots every time.

- Updated repos to use latest nightly (20211105)
- Added rt repository
- Both -ga and -beta are identical
- rhel-90.json repo file is a symlink to rhel-90-beta.json

Nightly composes are more stable because they contain only builds attached
to advisories whereas development composes contain latest brew builds.
Use nightlies because they should be stabler.

Two new test cases added to format-request-map and test cases are
generated.
1. kernel-rt for RHEL images:
Requires new package repositories for RHEL 8.3 and 8.4.
Creates an OSTree commit with the `kernel-rt` as a customization.
2. kernel-debug for Fedora images:
kernel-rt isn't included in the official fedora repositories. Using
kernel-debug at least tests the feature with the fedora-iot-commit type.
The image definition is shared with the latest RHEL 8.y one (8.4 currently).
I expect that we the introduction of 8.5 support, we point the centos 8
distro at it.
The test repositories and manifests use the official CentOS composes. From
what I can tell, they are persistent. This is not guaranteed though, so we
might need to switch to RPMRepo at some point.
The "classic" CentOS 8 should also be buildable but due to the chicken and egg
issue (this commit will get into Centos "8.4" but Centos "8.4" isn't a thing
yet), we cannot test it and therefore it might be broken.
