When someone uses the prepare-source tool with go >= 1.13, the ci complains because it uses go 1.12. This commit changes the script to use a well-defined go version.	2020-04-23 08:54:29 +02:00
Lars Karlitski	049969911d	tools: add prepare-source.sh A script that runs various go tools (mod tidy, mod vendor, and fmt for now). The idea is that it prepares the source to be ready for master. All our downstream platforms now support Go 1.13:

RHEL 8.2: golang-1.13.4
Fedora 31: golang-1.13.14

There's no reason anymore to stay on 1.12, therefore this commit bumps
