abc3d31222 test/repos: add AWS and Azure RHUI repos for 86/87/90/91 
This is needed in order to be able to test Koji composes with cloud
upload and RHUI images.

df011dbb06 tests: add rhel-87 repositories overrides 
This is a bare minimum for our downstream testsuite to pass (otherwise
it will fail on non-existing 8.7 CDN repositories).
