abc3d31222 test/repos: add AWS and Azure RHUI repos for 86/87/90/91 
This is needed in order to be able to test Koji composes with cloud
upload and RHUI images.

8575620591 distro: add an alias for rhel-91 
We would benefit from having support for 9.1 downstream so let's add it in
the form of an alias. This is a bare minimum for having a proper 9.1 support.
