tests/ci: split regression tests
...
Regression test suite has grown considerably and is taking too long to
run with a single wrapper. Splitting them into individual standalone
tests instead and making them run in parallel.

dnf-json: Can be started without systemd

Instead of starting the socket in the entrypoint, make dnf-json able to
bind on the unixsocket by itself.

workers: Backwards compatible api.openshift.com spec compliance

The main changes are:
- Kind, Href, Id fields for every object returned
- Attach operationIds to each request, return it for errors
- Errors are predefined and queryable
