Each image type now implements BuildPipelines(), which returns a list of
pipeline names that set up the build environment, and
PayloadPipelines(), which returns a list of pipeline names that create
the OS image (all non-build pipeline names).
Older distros that produce v1 manifests should call the distro Fallback
functions to return the common defaults.
A Fallback function for the Exports() method is also added and called by
older distros.
All image types that produce v2 manifests (distros after RHEL 8.4)
should include the information in the image type definition and should
not rely on fallbacks for default values.

Previously, we only needed the log directory to be writeable.
In newer versions of nginx, it also needs to create directories in
/var/lib/nginx, so we make that directory writeable and traversable as
well.
osbuild2 was imported twice, once with its own name and once aliased as
plain osbuild.
Use only the plain osbuild alias.

Add a special case for the root user to the work-around for ssh
keys in OSTree commits. As a little refresher: OSTree does not
support having any content in home directories; we therefore
include a first-boot stage in the commit that will create the
ssh keys on first boot. However, until now we did not special
case the root user, which has a separate root directory (/root,
as a symlink to /var/roothome). This patch fixes this.
EC2 RHEL images keep the RHSM DNF plugins enabled, but this shouldn't be
added on CentOS since it doesn't have RHSM.

A package set that only gets added for some distros.
Now that the rhel86 subpackage defines both RHEL 8.6 and CentOS 8, we
need to be able to separate out packages that are only available on one
of the two distros. Currently, this only includes "insights-client"
which is not available on CentOS.
The packages are added to the OS package sets conditionally based on the
distro name.
Removed old alias from RHEL 8.4.
To make aliasing distributions simpler, all distro-specific strings were
added to the local distribution type.
These were previously global constants of the distribution package and
alias alternatives were used conditionally. Now the two distributions
are predefined in global map.
CentOS exclusions:
- s390x arch
- ec2 image types: rhui client is not available

Add support for building the official RHEL EC2 SAP image for RHEL-8.6.
The new image type is available under the `ec2-sap` name. Since the
image type's package set includes RHUI client RPMs, which are not
available publicly, it is by default not exposed through the Weldr API.
Extend the relevant files and definitions used for generating image test
cases. This includes addition of repository definitions needed by the
image type, specifically: `sap`, `saphana` and `ansible`.
Generate image test case for the new image type.
Add News entry for the new image type.

Because there's only a few combinations of upload types and image types
that make sense, enforce correct combinations by eliminating upload
types.
Fixes#1775
The image is not available via Weldr API, because it requires RHUI
client RPMs.
The content and configuration is based on RHEL-8.6 EC2 SAP image, since
there is no definition for the RHEL-9 SAP image yet.

Use the new bootloader config for OSTree deployments to set the
bootloader backend to `none` since we use grub2 and BLS in all
currentlysupported architectures. In fact, not setting it to
`none`, will use the default `auto`, which will result in the
run of `grub2-mkconfig`, which is not what we want and might
even fail for us.
The `nss-altfiles` package is actually needed for OSTree based
systems, since in those the user/groups database is located in
the /usr/lib directory (in addition to /etc). It was removed
because it was not available in RHEL 9 (rhbz#1916260). This has
been fixed, so we need to re-include the package.
When we firstly introduced the v2 manifests, we excluded docs from all rpm
stages because it doesn't make sense to include docs in edge images.
However, when we ported the other image types to v2, we left the flag on.
The side effect of --excludedocs is that we no longer install man pages into
the image. This the default behaviour of rpm and can be seen here:
b88f43b9a3/macros.in (L555)
This is actually quite a major regression in non-edge images, thus this commit
reverts this setting. It would be great to have the option not to install
docs in some rpm stages but as this is a difficult topic and we're already
past the deadline, we will consider this in the future.

Previously it was only possible to configure separate partitions
for mountpoints in the allow list and their immediate subdirectories
only i.e. /var & /var/log
This fix allows for an arbitrary level of mountpoints, i.e. /var/log/audit,
/var/a/b/c/d/e and so on

The RHSM DNF plugins `product-id` and `subscription-manager` are now
by default enabled on the RHEL-8.5 and RHEL-9.0 `ec2`, `ec2-ha` and
`ami` images.
The desired default state of the RHSM DNF plugins has been decided by
the RHSM team.

Move the ostree repository and the tar image to the root of the
boot iso. This has several advantages: we do no longer have to
correctly guess the size of the anaconda image. Also we do not
need to compress the payload within the squashfs.
Update the image installer's test data. NB: the changes to the
package list were introduced earlier and should mostly affect
the build pipeline. Should have caught is in the corresponding
change, but was apparently not picked up by CI.
OSBuild Composer can now build the RHEL 8.5 Raw Images. This images are
compressed raw images, i.e. a file that has a partition layout with an
deployed OSTree commit in it. It can be used to flash onto a hard drive
or booted in a virtual machine. An existing OSTree commit needs to
be provided.
The following image new types are supported: edge-raw-image.
