Ondřej Budai 065d068b66 repositories: point to 8.3 in rhel-8 distribution ... rhel-8 distribution is in fact RHEL 8.3. As it doesn't make much sense to build images from 8.3 definitions and 8.4+ content, this commit changes the repositories for rhel-8 to point at 8.3 content.
