Achilleas Koutsou 140571bf48 test: add "name" to test manifests with container ... Add name field to the manifest-list-test container in the test request. The value is the same as the source but with a `v1` tag added. In the manifests, the name field for the manifest-list-test is added to the skopeo stage.
