Tomas Hozza 463a81550c tools: Fix application of blueprint overrides in generate-test-cases ... Blueprint overrides from `format-request-map.json` were previously not applied when generating image test cases due to a bug. As a result, there were multiple "blueprint" sections in the generated image test case, if the image type had an override configured.
