Ondřej Budai 4e62f181fa api: implement /compose/logs route 
The implementation is just a stub returning always the same tar archive.
The ability to return actual logs will be implemented in the future - osbuild
isn't currently returning any logs.

osbuild-composer

An image building service based on osbuild. It is inspired by lorax-composer and exposes the same API. As such, it is a drop-in replacement.
