Ondřej Budai 5e639cba6f github: adapt the github trigger to work the same way as in osbuild
I basically just copied
7c9944ee18/.github/workflows/trigger-gitlab.yml

and:
- changed osbuild to osbuild-composer
- add a SKIP_CI mechanism
