Achilleas Koutsou f4ec9d8d91 distro/rhel84: use user ref for commits ... Bug fix for changes introduced in #1244. The new image types, rhel-edge-container and rhel-edge-installer, would ignore the user-supplied ostree ref and use the default everywhere.
