Achilleas Koutsou f68ac1d163 image: new image kind: OSTreeSimplifiedInstaller 
Define the OSTreeSimplifiedInstaller ImageKind.
This is the top-level image definition.
It uses the raw image pipelines, iso pipelines, and the new coreos
installer pipelines.
