Gianluca Zuccarelli ce299dfa0e internal/rpmmd: change ignoressl to pointer 
Change the `IgnoreSSL` field in `rpmmd.RepoConfig`
to a pointer. This will be later used to configure
the `SSLVerify` field in the yum repo stage.
