test_depsolve.py: skip known broken tests with DNF5
The DNF5 implementation has known issues, which are not yet fixed and in some cases, they can't be fixed due to the limitations and state of the DNF5 implementation itself. Skip them for now. Signed-off-by: Tomáš Hozza <thozza@redhat.com>
