test: Add python3-iniparse package to f32-build.mpp.json
...
Add the python3-iniparse package to f32-build.mpp.json, which is a dependency
of the new 'org.osbuild.rhsm' stage. This is needed in order to be able to
test the 'org.osbuild.rhsm' stage.
Regenerate affected manifests in test/data/manifest using 'make --always-make
test-data'.

Set the OS version of the commit via the new `os_version` option
and make sure that it is in the compose info as well as in the
commit metadata.
