Christian Kellner 27d4450352 pipeline: don't create "/run/osbuild" eagerly ... The "/run/osbuild" path is used as the default runpath by the BuildRoot, which creates it on demand. The only other place is the API (`BaseAPI`) to create the socket directories in, but that is now also created on-demand.
