Rather than have duplicate copies of the dashboard in this repo, I've added a python script to extract the dashboard configs from the image-builder and osbuild-composer repos. The script is called in the `setup.sh` script.`
Enable prometheus scraping of the composer endpoints of the composer instance, which is then used for the composer grafana dashboard.
Add prometheus and grafana integration to the devel container stack. This should make it easier to run and configure grafana dashboards locally.
