test: Move @testing-library/jest-dom import to test setup file
This removes `@testing-library/jest-dom` from single test files and adds it to the shared setup.ts file.

src: Rename "V2" folders to just Wizard
This replaces all occurences of "CreateImageWizardV2" with just "CreateImageWizard" as it is the only version now.
