In the basic invocation test, specify the expected argument values not only their type. With the exception of the default image type they correspond to the various command line arguments given.
Check a normal, i.e. successful, invocation and ensure relevant functions are called with the right parameters.
Add the skeleton to run the cli plugin unit tests. As first check ensure that exceptions are thrown for the build target checks.
