7f05b0429f remove unused directory 
rpmdiff script was moved to koji-tools project some time ago and is no
more part of this rpm. Directory has no use now, so this commit is
removing it.

8f22069fda drop old ssl support + compatrequests 
Koji now uses ssl via python-requests

 - use_old_ssl option is removed
 - koji.ssl library removed
 - compatrequests dropped
