Couple of small fixes to the koji documentation
...
Change "the requirements" to "these requirements" and change Brew by Koji
since this documentation is under the Koji project.

Update content generator metadata documentation
...
The extra.typeinfo entry is now described, along with the legacy
types which do not use a typeinfo entry.
