Windows : Path.GetFileName(a).StartsWithInsensitive("win")
Linux   : Path.GetFileName(a).StartsWithInsensitive("linux")
MacOs   : Path.GetFileName(a).StartsWithInsensitive("mac") || a.StartsWithInsensitive("osx")
