1a440b4f1d Move test-multi-tenant.sh to archive 
- Moved src/apt-layer/test-multi-tenant.sh to archive/apt-layer-test-multi-tenant.sh
- This test script is not part of the core source code
- Keeps source directories clean and focused on actual source files
